I'm only sixteen and I don't have a bank account, but I do want to shop online. Is it possible to buy the Vista gift cards at Walgreen and use them to buy things online such as websites and Ebay? Can you explain how the card works? Thanks!

Yes. If u buy a Vista giftacrd from walgreens, u can go to gift2go.net and ''register'' it so u can use it on the internet as a DEBIT card. Im not sure about the american express gift cards tho.
Most online retailers won't accept prepaid cards. Get a Paypal account and transfer some money from a bank account.
